John Farnham – Age Of Reason Edit

1988. I was 19 years old. I was going to Parramatta Leagues Club on Wednesday nights for $1 drinks. I had a mullet. Enough said.
It wasn’t long until I was djing and promoting Times Square Nightclub in Seven Hills. Now I didn’t play this song there, but it was a major part of my teenage years, which seemed to be filled with pop music on the radio, long hot summer days, and fantasising about bare teenage breasts.

I spent some time bringing this track up to date, adding more kick, percussion, a didgeridoo synth sound and of course, editing.
Hope you ‘like’ it! :)

Introducing Peech

It’s been ages since I’ve done any mashups…
So I’ve gone and reinvented myself so I can focus on the one thing I love just as much – disco. Yes, that’s right, disco.
Ever since I discovered Dimitri from Paris and Norman Jay, I’ve been a big disco fan. If I was born in America in the 50s, I’d have been a regular at Paradise Garage, The Loft and Studio 54. Whenever I dj now, I mostly play soul funk and disco. My last 3 radio shows on www.powerfm.org were all disco edit shows.

So, I’d like to introduce my new persona. He’s the man that all the girls love. He’s a disco god. He’s Peech.

Check out his first edit here.
