Introducing Peech

I’ve decided to hang my hat doing mashups. It’s been ages since I’ve done anything of note.
So I’ve gone and reinvented myself so I can focus on the one thing I love more – disco. Yes, that’s right, disco.
Ever since I discovered Dimitri from Paris and Norman Jay, I’ve been a big disco fan. If only I was born in America in the 70s, I’d be a regular at Paradise Garage, The Loft and Studio 54. Whenever I dj now, all I play is soul funk and disco. My last 3 radio shows on www.powerfm.org were all disco edit shows.

So, I’d like to introduce my new persona. He’s the man that all the girls love. He’s a disco god. He’s Peech.

Check out his first edit here.

What I Say?

It’s been a while, but now I’m back

Since moving to Dublin, Ireland, I’ve been busying myself making babies (yes, I’m soon to be a father), and hosting the Blender Radio show on powerfm.org every Thursday from 2-4pm GMT. But as the days get colder (it’s -7 outside at the moment) I’ll be spending some time breathing some new life into this blog. Hopefully my subscribers are all still out there, in which case I gift you all this Soundcloud link. Enjoy!

The Eagles vs Duffy – One of these Stepping Stones

Hello!
It’s been ages. How ya been?
Now I’m fully settled in Dublin and not messing around so much, I’ve managed to poop out a new mashup (must be all the Guinness).

I’ve forced together Duffy’s “Stepping Stone” with The Eagle’s “One of these Nights”. Hope you like it.
